AllByUSA Refer Friends Program

The AllByUSA Refer Friends Program (“Program”) is open to all AllbyUSA.com members (“Member”), unless prohibited by law. There is NO COST to become a member of AllbyUSA.com or to maintain Membership. Membership begins when you register at AllbyUSA.com as a member. The program is regulated under the “Terms and Conditions”

AllbyUSA.com may terminate or modify the Program at any time by posting the changes on AllbyUSA.com or by contacting Members directly. AllbyUSA.com reserves the right to exclude individuals or restrict eligibility from the Program in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Program, misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interest of AllbyUSA.com may result in membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program.

Eligibility of Referring Friends

In order to be eligible to refer friends to AllByUSA.com and get rewards from AllByUSA.com,

  1. You must be a registered member at AllByUSA.com, which means you have a unique member identification number (“Member ID”) at AllByUSA.com.
  2. All information you used for registration must be accurate and correct.
  3. You must agree to the Rules of Referring Friends.
  4. You only have one account at AllByUSA.com.

How to Refer Friends

  1. You can only refer a friend (“referee”) who has never been a member of AllByUSA.com before.
  2. The referee will free register as a member at AllByUSA.com and get his/her Member ID.
  3. Email your personal referral link to all of your friends to invite them to register for free membership at AllByUSA.com, or share your link on social media!
  4. When your friends register for membership through your link, they will be your referred friends at AllByUSA.com.

After the referee successfully registers as a member, you will receive a notification email.

Benefit of Referring Friends

When you refer friends to AllByUSA.com, you will get the rewards from their purchasing products only at AllByUSA.com on a monthly basis. The rewards obtained from AllByUSA are valid only at AllByUSA.com. There are no limits to the rewards you can earn, so start referring friends today.

The ways of getting rewards are as follows.

  1. If your directly referred friend (called your first-level member), makes a purchase, you will earn a reward which is 15% of the amount he/she paid on purchasing the products at AllByUSA.com on a monthly basis.
  2. You will earn a reward which is 5% of the amount your second-level member (referred by one of your first-level members) paid purchasing products at AllByUSA.com on a monthly basis.
  3. You will earn a reward which is 5% of the amount your third-level member (referred by one of your second-level members) paid on purchasing the products at AllByUSA.com on a monthly basis.
  4. In order to be eligible to get rewards at the month, you need to spend $50 purchasing products or make a $50 down payment for future product purchases at the month.

In addition to the above ways of getting rewards, you can also get the incredible annual profit sharing if you and we achieve the following within a calendar year.

  1. AllByUSA.com is a profitable in the calendar year.
  2. You directly refer 6 friends to AllByUSA.com within the calendar year.
  3. You spend at least $600 at AllByUSA.com in the combination of purchasing products and down payment within the calendar year.

The total sharable profit is the percentage of the annual profit to be shared with qualified members, and will be determined by the board of AllByUSA.com. Your profit is calculated using the following formula:

YAS = your annual spending at AllByUSA.com.
TSP = the total sharable profit.
SQS = the sum of all qualified members’ annual spending at AllByUSA.com.

Your profit reward = YAS * TSP / SQS

The ways of spending rewards are as follows.

  1. You can spend your rewards on a purchase or a down payment.
  2. You can spend your rewards to pay for shipping.
  3. You can transfer your rewards to your bank account.
  4. You can transfer your rewards to other members of AllByUSA.com.

Your rewards cannot be applied to taxes if applicable. If you close your personal account, your unused rewards will be forfeited. Therefore, you should spend all of your rewards before closing your account.

Rules of Referring Friends

AllByUSA Trademark

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the AllByUSA trademark in connection with the Program. Prohibted Conduct in connection with use of the trademark, as defined below, is outside of the scope of this license and is not permitted. Members may not use the AllByUSA trademark in any confusing or deceptive manner. Use of the AllByUSA trademark to deceive referees or the general public that the Member is affiliated with AllByUSA is strictly prohibited. Members are not permitted to make social media pages containing “AllByUSA” registered domain names containing “AllByUSA” or otherwise use the AllByUSA in a deceptive or confusing manner.

Prohibited Conduct

In order to continue offering this Program to its Members, AllByUSA does not permit Members to:

  • Purchase advertisements, such as Google Adwords, linking to AllByUSA using a referral link.
  • In any way trick or deceive customers into clicking a referral link without their knowledge.
  • Use the AllByUSA trademark in a manner not consistent with the Program’s Terms and Conditions.

Members committing any of the above prohibited conduct may, at AllByUSA.com’s sole discretion, receive a courtesy notification that they are in violation of the Program’s Terms and Conditions. Repeated or wanton abuse of the Program will result in a Member’s disqualification from the program.

AllByUSA.com reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend the AllByUSA Refer Friends Program at any time and for any reason. AllByUSA.com reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any member of AllByUSA.com.

Privacy

AllByUSA.com values your privacy. Your membership information will not be sold or rented to any company outside of AllByUSA.com. In order to maintain your account and improve customer satisfaction, AllByUSA.com may share your membership information with trusted vendors, who have agreed to keep your information confidential. AllByUSA.com may also use membership information to notify you of exclusive offers, promotions, and/or catalogs which may be of interest to you. Legal

AllByUSA.com assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect membership information. You are responsible for any taxes, charges and other liabilities relating to or resulting from your participation in the Program.

The AllByUSA Refer a Friend Program is void where prohibited by law. These rules, together with references, make up the entire agreement between you and AllByUSA.com relating to the AllByUSA Refer Friends Program. The interpretation and application of AllByUSA Refer Friends Program rules are in the sole discretion and determination of AllByUSA.com, and shall be final and conclusive.

The laws of the State of Massachusetts will govern the AllByUSA Refer Friends Program and its rules. If any legal action arises relating to your use of the AllByUSA Refer Friends Program or its rules, you agree to file such action only in the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
